-Manage the CEO's calendar and agenda, itinerary, expense accounts, insurance
- Writing, correspondence, transcription of documents, translation, filing, room reservations/videoconferencing system...
- Organizing meetings and writing monthly reports
- Organization of business trips for directors;
- The organization of internal and external events: congresses, seminars, business meetings,
- Timesheets for the purchasing center and the distribution team
- Internal and external communication: email, speeches, other information documents;
- Welcoming new employees: IT tools, telephony, chip, etc.
- Organization of business trips for directors;
- The organization of internal and external events: congresses, seminars, business meetings,
- Product sponsorships for several events;
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
Required profile
Excellent French and English, both oral and written
• At least 3 years of experience in administration or a similar position
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Great ability to demonstrate discretion, rigor, dynamism, versatility, autonomy and organization
• Management of priorities, deadlines, organization, initiative, multitasking...
• Excellent knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
