Proofreading, editing, writing and layout of various documents
Organization of meetings and management of managerial travel
Diary and e-mail box management
Management of purchasing, invoicing and payment requests
Collaboration with various departments, including reception
Qualifications
Bilingual, both written and spoken
Excellent writing skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
3 years relevant experience.
Mastery of computer tools.
Logical thinking and management of priorities
Autonomous and proactive
