Our client:
Our client, a leader in providing energy services and solutions, is currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to assist with a short term contract
Dates required: 22nd of July till 3rd of September
In this role you will be working 4-5 hours per day, 5 days a week. Working 3 days from home and 2 days from the office. Office location is based in Collins St, Melbourne
You will have:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
- Calendar, financial and travel management
- SAP experience preferred
- Experience in providing assistance to multiple Managers at any given time
- A professional phone manner and clear and precise communication skills
- Experience in preparing and reports on company marketing
- Management of mail
- Coordinating leadership meetings, minutes and agendas
- Assistance with presentations
- Intermediate to advanced user with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel
