Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate team members.
Manage office mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
Maintain and organize the reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and tidy.
Administrative Support:
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for senior executives.
Prepare and manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
Help coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Handle basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document management.
General Office Assistance:
Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder when necessary.
Help with basic data entry and other clerical tasks as required.
Assist with creating and updating presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous experience (1-3 years) in a receptionist or administrative support role is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude with a professional demeanor.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
