This is a unique opportunity to join a well established and reputable local Gold Coast real estate brand, supporting a highly successful and very community minded director.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the director in all executive assistant duties, as well as supporting sales team members as required. This is a high volume, fast paced position and will suit an executive assistant that is proactive, confident and likes to be kept busy.
Duties:
- Provide high level administrative support to the director, including preparation of all documentation and proposals, diary management, drafting of correspondence.
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Support the director with the end to end process of listings from pre-listing to settlement.
- Provide support to sales associates
- Provide support to the directors at auctions as required
- Accompany the director as required to community events
Skills/experience:
- Experience working as an executive or personal assistant
- Advanced organisation and time management skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- A customer first attitude and a drive to create excellent experiences
- Previous experience in real estate sales, property management or property development is highly desirable.
