Responsibilities
what you will do:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and securely manage sensitive documents.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support meeting preparation, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
Qualifications
What you have to have:
- Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
