- Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and senior leadership.
- Draft and manage communications for the CEO.
- Track and ensure completion of CEO-directed initiatives.
- Manage travel arrangements for the CEO and board members.
- Assist with major events and trade shows.
- Support various administrative and personal tasks for the CEO.
- Assist with HR approvals and key personnel decisions.
Qualifications
- Skilled in crafting clear, consistent messages for diverse audiences.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and support organizational goals.
- Efficient in managing schedules, travel, and high-profile events.
