The primary role will be to manage day-to-day operating level affairs to the CEO and provide support in analysis,
reporting and coordination to the Management team.

o Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and other forms of communication.
o Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
o Coordinate and assist in the preparation of meetings, conferences, and events.
o Conduct research, collect data, and prepare reports or summaries as required.
o Provide analysis and comments on various management reports.
o Facilitate effective communication between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
o Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain utmost professionalism.
o Assist in the coordination and follow-up of projects and initiatives.
o Manage and organize files, records, and documents, both physical and digital.
o Perform general administrative tasks, including preparing expense reports, managing office supplies, and
coordinating office logistics.
o Coordinating with different vendors and completing assignments on time.Qualifications and Educational Requirement Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or relevant field.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience as Executive Assistant to a senior functionary in a reputed company
