As an Executive Assistant, you will:

• Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel, accommodation, and business reservations.
• Oversee information flow, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
• Track daily expenses, prepare regular reports, and handle expense-related tasks.
• Screen and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, and maintain the office filing system.
• Participate in department meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items as needed.
• Communicate with suppliers for service quotes, track approvals, and ensure timely resolution of pending issues.

Previous experience in a multinational environment will be considered a plus
