Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior leadership.
Handle both personal and office-related tasks with efficiency and confidentiality.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Tech-Savvy Operations:
Utilize technology and digital tools to streamline administrative processes.
Maintain organized records, files, and documents electronically.
Leadership Interaction:
Serve as the point of contact between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and follow-ups on behalf of the leadership team.
Flexible Working Hours & Travel:
Adapt to a flexible work schedule that may include extended hours when needed.
Willingness to travel between Mumbai (Worli) and Kolkata as required by business needs.
Presentable and Professional:
Maintain a high level of professionalism, appearance, and communication skills.
Engage with stakeholders, both internal and external, in a courteous and efficient manner.
Maintain a fit and active lifestyle to keep up with the dynamic demands of the role.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other digital tools.
High level of adaptability, discretion, and attention to detail.
Presentable and confident in interacting with senior leadership.
Willingness to work beyond standard hours and travel as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Young and energetic with a proactive approach to work.
Candidates are willing to travel frequently between these locations.
Background in supporting leadership or C-level executives is a plus.
