This role reports to the Director. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end event plannign while ensuring excellent client relationships. The role involves coordinating with clients to understand their event requirements, managing timelines, budgets, and logistics, and ensuring smooth communication between the client and internal teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Client servicing: You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients to understand their event requirements, objectives and expectations
- Event Planning & Coordination: Lead the planning and manage the execution team during events such as conferences, corporate meetings, product launches, trade shows, and social events
- Budget Management: Provide financial reports post-event, detailing expenses, ROI, and future recommendations
- On-Site Event Management: Oversee all on-site event details, including logistics, setup, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting. Manage post-event breakdown and closure, ensuring a smooth experience for all involved parties
- Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations with clients to determine success and areas for improvement
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event management, client servicing or a similar role
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel for on-site event management as required
