The Events Manager will take charge of planning, organizing, and delivering both in-person and virtual events, utilizing platforms like ON24. This role will be essential in supporting the company’s marketing initiatives by creating events that enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and engage existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement event strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals and objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of events, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.
- Manage virtual and in-person training events, including working with trainers and moderating sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Use data and analytics to assess event success and refine future strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across time zones and managing external agencies.
- Experience with virtual event platforms such as ON24, including expertise in managing audience interaction and Q&A.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
