Job Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage corporate events from conception to execution.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all aspects of the event are executed smoothly.
Create event timelines, schedules, and promotional materials to drive attendance and engagement.
Evaluate the success of each event through feedback and metrics, making recommendations for future improvements.
Support senior management with business matters and assist in maintaining efficient office operations.
Occasional travel might be required.

Requirement

Degree holder with 4+ year of work experience
Wellcome IANG, TTPS and PRC Graduate
Solid event management experience
Self motivated and detail minded
Excellent communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
