■Requirements
・Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably within the luxury goods or jewelry industry.
・Proven experience in developing and implementing successful CRM strategies.
・Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English.
・Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
・Language skills are also a mandatory requirement.
