Your Responsibilities:

As an experienced Estimator, you will:

• Accurately analyse project documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Conduct thorough quantity takeoffs and material assessments.
• Evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
• Develop detailed cost breakdowns and proposals.
• Maintain meticulous records of estimate data.
• Identify and mitigate potential project cost risks.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers and engineers.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience in estimating within the construction materials industry.
• A proven track record of accurate cost estimation.
• Proficiency with relevant estimating software and industry practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
