REQUIREMENTS
- Hold a relevant professional qualification in Estates Management, Facility management, Building Surveying or Architectural Technology
- Experience managing and motivating staff
- Excellent people skills
- Specialist knowledge
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade C and Above) or equivalent (must be able to provide evidence)
- Excellent IT skills
- Candidates will be subject to enhanced vetting (including an enhanced access NI check) and compliance due to the nature of this work
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all areas of the estate management team
- Contribute to the estate management strategy
- Provide dynamic leadership
- Ensure that all lawful requirements are being implemented by the full team
- Chair meetings when necessary
- Manage project budget
- Drive continuous improvement throughout the project
