Our client is a global leader specializing in high-performance cooling systems, gaming peripherals, and PC components. Role Summary:We are seeking a ESG Manager to manage and enhance the ESG for the business The incumbent will be based in Hanoi, Vietnam as part of the company's expansion plans and setting up of a manufacturing facility in Vietnam. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's sustainable development strategy
- Sustainable Project Initiatives: Promote sustainable projects like green energy adoption
- ESG Ratings: Track ESG rating systems
- Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant environmental laws and regulations
- Compliance Management: Monitor the corporate governance structure
- Employee Welfare and Work Environment: Ensure the company provides a safe and equitable work environment, implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 10 years of experience in consumer electronics / electronics manufacturing environment
- Corporate management / project management will be a plus
- Familiar with ESG-related standards and frameworks with 5 years of implementing ESG to manufacturing plant
- Willing to be based in Hanoi permanently and travel to china / taiwan for training
