As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of the bank, providing excellent service to our customers while handling a variety of financial transactions. You will work closely with clients to assist with their banking needs, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and security in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing.
• Provide information on account balances, services, and banking products.
• Assist customers with account openings, closures, and inquiries.
• Ensure the accuracy and security of financial transactions and cash handling.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services, such as loans, credit cards, and savings plans.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Adhere to banking regulations, security standards, and anti-fraud measures.
• Foster positive relationships with customers and provide timely assistance for any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or cash-handling experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services (training provided).
