US based leading SaaS company is looking for a Sales Director to join their Enterprise AE team in Tokyo. ■About the position:Work on strategies to expand the client portfolio, support and build a successful team, contribute directly to the growth of the company in Japan. Developing sales strategies, relationship building with clients, and becoming a trusted partner are important parts of the position as well.■Unique Points:> company growth: have been growing significantly over the last years> workstyle: hybrid and flexible> company culture: team oriented, flat hierarchy, dynamic and fast-paced, global environment

> 5+ years of leadership experience for an enterprise SaaS team
> Experience working cross-functionally with different departments (marketing, CSM, technical support)
