If you have a proven track record in leading digital transformations, managing large-scale IT initiatives, and collaborating across diverse teams and vendors, we want to hear from you.WHAT YOU'LL BRING•A deep understanding of operational processes in the service or retail industries, with experience leading technology initiatives in these fields.• Demonstrated experience in corporate IT strategy projects, particularly in driving systems architecture and project execution.•Experience in enterprise-level systems integration, with strong knowledge of cloud and business SaaS solutions.• Hands-on experience in microservices architecture and large-scale system development, managing teams of 50+ and working with both onshore and offshore vendors.REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE• This position REQUIRES ADVANCED JAPANESE language skills and business level English• Experience managing multi-vendor environments, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore collaborations.•Expertise in developing systems used by tens of thousands of users globally.Leadership in formulating and executing organizational strategies, including vendor management and restructuring.DESIRED ATTRIBUTES• A forward-thinking technologist with a passion for innovation and the drive to lead.• A proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and embraces change.
