I am currently recruiting for a SEND Teacher to work in the Enhanced Provision Group in an Ofsted-rated 'Good' school.
The ideal SEND Teacher will be teaching KS3 to learners who have cognitive and learning difficulties who are working below the expected level. Lessons will be tailored to their individual needs whilst also delivering the UK curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Good, sound knowledge of the UK curriculum (especially KS3)
- Proven experience working with SEND learners, particularly those with SEMH needs.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Adaptable and approachable to meet diverse learning needs.
- Good level of physical fitness.
- Emotionally resilient with a positive attitude
