We're in search of an enthusiastic and vibrant teacher to join our team in Blackburn, mentoring students at both KS3 and KS4 levels. The daily pay rate for this role ranges from £155 to £230, contingent upon your experience, qualifications, and teaching level.
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in shaping student's literacy skills, critical thinking abilities, and appreciation for literature.You will also be delivering engaging and comprehensive English lessons to students, fostering a love for language and literature while equipping them with the necessary skills for academic success.

Responsibilities:
- Creating a positive learning environment through professionally planned lessons and classroom displays
- Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience in children
- Having control over the whole class and maintaining discipline
- Adhering to the curriculum, including up to date changes in the structure
- Use assessment data to inform lesson planning
- Set homework and mark promptly
- Ensure a high quality of teaching and learning takes place
- Deal with immediate problems/emergencies according to school policy and procedures
- Strong subject knowledge
