Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire & Motivate: Deliver a creative curriculum tailored to meet the individual needs of each student.
- Lead & Support: Work closely with the Head Teacher and leadership team to champion the school's mission.

- Collaborate: Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and external partners to support students holistically.
- Adapt & Excel: Be flexible and contribute wherever needed in this dynamic and rewarding environment.
What You Bring:
- Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience: Ideally, experience with KS3 and KS4, SEN pupils, and SEMH or ASD needs.
- Passion for Teaching: A creative approach to engaging learners, especially those who are reluctant.
- Knowledge: A strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and diverse teaching strategies.
