experience
- MSc, PhD, or equivalent degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience working with battery systems, particularly Li-ion, with a focus on analysis, compliance, and documentation
- Proficiency in using tools like Polarion, IBM DOORS, or Siemens Teamcenter to create and manage requirement specifications
- Strong knowledge of testing best practices and hands-on experience with certification and homologation documentation
- Experience with battery testing equipment, such as high-power supplies, data acquisition systems, BMS functions, CAN systems, and test bench software
- Proven ability to improve and develop testing structures, processes, and documentation with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent English skills; additional languages, such as German, are an advantage
- Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage projects in a collaborative environment
