In the role of Energy Product & Solution Manager you play an important role in the development of the portfolio of product, software and services solutions for ensuring energy availability and cost efficiency for zero emission truck customers. The portfolio includes for example energy management software, energy storage systems, micro-grids and energy consultancy.
As Energy Product & Solution Manager you reach the sales and profit targets by managing the Marketing Ps of your portfolio. You have frequent contact with customers, DAF dealers and suppliers to gain insights on what product, software and service offerings are needed to offer energy solutions with innovative solutions for optimizing energy availability and cost efficiency.

Main tasks:
Manage and expand the PACCAR Power Solutions portfolio by anticipating on customer needs, market trends and identifying opportunities
- You manage projects, assortment reviews and product introductions and align with internal and external stakeholders via clear communication about project- timings, forecasts, milestones
- You collaborate with suppliers and other DAF departments to ensure a seamless integration of various EV, charging, and energy systems
- You keep track of all energy management and storage innovations and explore and initiate new sales opportunities
- You manage and maintain customer energy Business Case calculation tools
- You are able to perform sales and profit analyses for your portfolio and report these in a structured way with the aim of improving sales and profit
- You provide trainings to the Sales departments, Dealers and Customers
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and have frequent consultations with Sales units, Dealers, Customers, Suppliers, Purchasing, Materials, Marketing Programs, Business Intelligence and Truck Sales & Marketing
