Responsibilities
-Manage and support endpoint devices—including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets—using Microsoft M365 Endpoint Manager.
-Supervise the provisioning, deployment, and decommissioning of endpoints to ensure a uniform and secure device lifecycle.
-Create, test, and implement PowerShell scripts and automation tools for administrative tasks, system configurations, and troubleshooting.
-Develop, oversee, and monitor automated schedules for software deployment and patch management across all endpoints.
-Apply, test, and resolve issues with patches to ensure all devices adhere to security standards.
-Ensure that endpoints align with the organization's security policies and standards.
-Serve as the escalation point for complex issues related to endpoints.
-Work in partnership with the IT support team to address incidents involving software deployment, patching, and endpoint security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
-3+ years of experience in endpoint management, software deployment, and patch management.
-Proficiency in endpoint management tools such as Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Manage Engine Patch Manager Plus
