You will manage employee relations cases, conduct thorough investigations, develop and deliver training programs, and collaborate with various stakeholders to build a thriving work environment. ■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
・Proven experience in employee relations, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
・Knowledge of Japanese labor laws and regulations is required.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
・Fluency in Japanese and English is essential.
