As Emissions Certification Engineer. This pivotal position is essential for ensuring our client can sell its engines in countries with emissions regulations, while also ensuring strict adherence to global emissions standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explaining Certification Requirements: Clearly communicate engine emissions certification requirements, legal obligations, and business processes.
• Coaching Business Areas: Provide guidance to relevant business areas to ensure timely execution of certification tasks.
• Leading Certification Processes: Oversee the entire engine emissions certification process, from the initial request to certificate receipt and emissions label implementation.
• Maintaining Certificates: Ensure all emissions certificates and labels are kept up-to-date throughout the production lifecycle.
• Collaborating with Agencies: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with global governmental agency representatives.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience: Over 3 years of hands-on experience in obtaining engine emissions certification.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines and quality standards.
• Educational Background: A background in engineering or law.
• A strong moral compass and a passion for high standards and accuracy.
• Ability to work well with diverse functional areas and remote business centers.
• A track record of delivering highly accurate work consistently.
• Ability to understand and interpret regulatory materials.
• Strong, confident communicator capable of articulating compliance focus and challenging the status quo when necessary.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and represent on a global stage.
