Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the ESC service area and management team.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, internal departments, and external agencies daily via telephone and various computer systems.
CCTV Monitoring: Assist in the monitoring of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems.
HEARS Coordination: Support the coordination of responses for the Home Emergency Alarms Response Service (HEARS).
Out-of-Hours Calls: Handle out-of-hours calls from the public and external bodies, ensuring timely and effective responses.
Day-to-Day Activities
Manage all administrative tasks related to the HEARS service.
Maintain accurate records and ensure the efficient use of computer systems.
Provide exceptional customer service through professional and courteous telephone communication.
About You
Qualifications: Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) with qualifications in Maths and English.
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, with significant experience in call handling.
Skills: Excellent telephone manner, strong organisational abilities, and proficiency in using various computer systems.
Attributes: Enthusiastic, reliable, and capable of working effectively within a team environment.
