Responsibilities
Routine repair and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and systems including CNC-controlled lathes and mills, welders, fabrication equipment, etc.
- Retro-fit of CNC machine tools including mills, lathes, and multi-axis mill/turns.
- In-depth knowledge of the Electrical Safety Code along with related schematics and symbols.
- Experience with servo motors and controls, frequency drives, sensors, AC and DC motors, etc., and how they relate to electrical systems.
- Understanding of PLCs and basic programming skills.
- Familiarity with mechanical principles such as pneumatics and hydraulics and troubleshooting those systems.
- Strong troubleshooting ability for CNC equipment, able to trace issues back to cause-and-effect repairs.

Qualifications
Must be a 442a or 309 A Industrial Electrician experience in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with CNC controls (Heidenhain, Haas, Fanuc, and Fagor amongst others). DAY SHIFT
We are currently looking for a Licensed Electrician with 10 years of experience.
