• Carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including:

* Electrical work (lighting, power, wiring, fault finding)
* Plumbing (leaks, fixtures, water systems)
* Mechanical work (general repairs, installations)
* Minor building works (painting, carpentry, etc.)

• Respond promptly to customer requests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management
• Participate in a 1 in 4 on-call rota for emergency call-outs

What You'll Need:

• A proven track record as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with experience in all the areas mentioned above
• A strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A valid driving license and a clean driving record
• A willingness to travel throughout the Kent region
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
