Responsibility- Lead the team to design and implement high-reliability engineering solutions for EV power products, and deliver EV power products such as MCU, OBC, and BMS.- Build the design and simulation capability of reliability for EV power products, including the stress simulation analysis platform in board-level and structural coupling solder joint, reliability test standards, and stress threshold test methods.- Undertake EV module process design, material and component selection, and achieve reliable application of EV module products.- Introduce advanced resources in the industry chain and academia to deliver industry-leading solutions for EV power.- Establish relationships with industry-leading academic organizations, gain insight into key technology development trends, and build industry influence.

Professional Knowledge:
- More than 20 years experience in EV power module design. Well-known about material selection, component selection, and reliability challenges and risks. Be familiar with material mechanics and reliability failure modes, reverse failure analysis and design improvement methods.
- Lead in building the process reliability design simulation and experiment capability platform for vehicle-mounted power modules, and have independent design simulation capabilities.
- Rich experience in the TOP resources of research institutes and universities in the EV power module. Be familiar with process, materials and reliability trends. Well-known about reliability test standards for EV power modules in the industry.
