The Partners, Providers and Home and Living Group leads the Agency’s policy reform, sets strategic direction and stewards markets for the support and services provided to its participants.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the shaping of policy and design and implementing important Agency reform while undertaking engagement and co-design activities with stakeholders, including the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team to develop contemporary and informed policy and strategies
- Using data and technical inputs to form recommendations.
- Understanding the governance of policy making and risk management
- Leading reform projects in line with the Agency’s wider reform program.
- Contributing to building a positive and high performing team culture.
Ideally you will possess:
- Qualifications and/or experience in disability, allied health, public health or related discipline (PhD or post grad qualifications preferred)
- Expertise in policy research and development
- Proven experience leading and mentoring teams through growth
- Proven experience working with internal/external stakeholders
