Responsibilities:
1、Formulate annual EHS-related KPI requirements and submit them for authorization and implementation;
2、Create and update Safety Action Norms and Standards accordingly;
3、Weekly RAIA sharing;

4、Monthly EHS report, which includes but not limits to: EHS pyramid-PPT (RAIA statistics and most relevant RAIA description), RAIA report-Excel (Most relevant RAIA reports with updated follow-up in excel template original), benchmark actions summarizing and updating;
5、Share the incident alert to Plant Manager after incident reporting;
6、Participate in accident and PSIF investigations if necessary; evaluate corrective and preventive actions, and share results with relevant person;
7、Communicate with Plant Manager and related person about EHS issues;
8、Understand site requirements and provide solutions;
9、Track the assigned action and rectify result of existing problems;
10、Routine inspection; SYGRIS data submission on monthly basis;
11、Authentication of ISO14001 & 45001;
12、Other tasks assigned by leader
Requirements:
1、Bachelor (> 5 years experience) or Master (> 2 years experience) equivalent in Polymer, Chemistry, or Material Science. The analytical ability is required.
2、Possess experience in two or more of the following technical areas is plus: polymer chemistry, polymer physics, polymer rheology, polymer adhesion, polymer formulation, polymer molding, or polymer characterization.
3、Proven communication skills and ability to perform within a cross-functional team environment.
4、Ability to drive change initiatives.
5、Interpersonal and communication skills.
