- Drive the HSE activities at facility and implement identified improvements together with the local management.
- Coach and guide all levels of management, supervisors and employees at facility to establish the safety culture, prevention activities and collaborative approach·
- Conduct and lead the basic concepts suchlike risk assessment and environmental aspects & impact assessment, training programs, Emergency preparedness, site walks/tours, reporting, GEMBA activities, 5S implementations etc.,
- Follow up and supervise the HSE performance, hazards, risks and precautions, and take necessary actions where necessary.
- Participate the incident prevention programs, workshop sessions and incident investigation and analysis studies.
- Provide competency-based health, safety and environmental training for employees and contractors’ staff when required·
