The Role:
As an EHC Assessment and Review Officer, you'll manage a caseload of children and young people (ages 0-25), conducting EHC needs assessments and developing high-quality EHCPs. Working in line with the Children & Families Act 2014 and SEND Code of Practice, you'll collaborate with families and professionals to support young people in achieving meaningful outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
