Randstad Education is seeking an ECT (Primary) who is eager to take the next step in their teaching journey and take on a challenging yet rewarding role. We are looking for an ECT in Sheffield to support an excellent primary school setting. Looking for someone with a passion for teaching and education, who can encompass the values and goals of the school and contribute to the school as a whole as well as the class.

As a Primary ECT, your responsibilities are:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of primary school settings.
- Adapt to different classroom environments and student needs with ease.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity in student learning.
- Assess and provide feedback on student progress as required.
- Collaborate with school staff to support student development and wellbeing.
- Uphold school policies and contribute to the school community.
To be successful in the Primary ECT role, you must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to process one through Randstad Education)
- Hold eligibility to work in the UK
- Previous experience teaching (minimum 6 weeks) KS1 or KS2.
- Have a strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Have excellent behaviour management skills
