Location: Ocean Grove
Position: Full-time Early Childhood Teacher
As a leader in our team, you’ll design and deliver engaging programs aligned with our curriculum and values. You'll foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
Your responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering activities that develop children’s motor, social, cognitive developmemt skills.
- Observing and assessing children’s progress to ensure individual needs are met.
- Communicating openly with families to support and celebrate children’s development.
- Actively participating in center activities, parent events, and community programs.
- Leading by example and fostering strong team collaboration.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Graduate diploma or higher ACECQA-recognised qualification (Birth to Five).
- Fully Registered Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
- A valid Working with Children Check.
- Commitment to child safety and adhering to ethical standards.
- Demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships with children, families, and peers.
