The Role
- Motivate and lead a team of educators
- Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school and positive experiences within our community.
- Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child.
- Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved ‘ECT’ qualification. OR be currently studying with 50% minimum completion (for sponsorship you must have a fully completed degree)
- Current Blue Card or willing to obtain
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Experience in programming, ability to show leadership skills and working well in a team.
- Fantastic communication skills
