About the Role:
Seeking a qualified ECE teacher to inspire developing minds learning in a natural setting where children thrive through discovery and play in a nurturing environment
In this mixed-age service, 12 months - 5 years you will focus on:
- Holistic Nurturing: Supporting children's learning and growth.
- Guided by Philosophy: Aligning with the centre’s values.
- Community Focus: Providing quality early learning for local families.
Skills and Requirements:
- ECE or Primary Teaching Qualification (New Graduates welcome to apply)
- Current NZ Teacher Registration.
- Knowledge of the NZ curriculum and teaching styles.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members.
- Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Competency in observing and documenting children’s development.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for early childhood education.
- Adaptability and creativity in planning activities that suit mixed-age groups.
- Must be a New Zealand citizen or Permanent Resident.
