RoleAligning to the sales and marketing strategy, the candidate will lead E-commerce strategy of Japan market, implementation to achieve business target, involving internal / externalstakeholders.Working Relationship:・Retail・PR Marketing・Merchandising・Overseas HQ (Meeting, Reporting, E-Mail, Professional Presentation)Job Task & ResponsibilitiesLead Ecommerce strategy and achieve sales targets.・Develops the business plan including the annual budget/forecast for E-Commerce which will outlineobjectives, strategy, tactics and milestones to achieve overall financial goals.・Provides directions, inspirations and guidance for E-commerce to achieve required KPIs, revenue andprofitability.・Responsible for the P&L of the website (Official & 3rd party) Ensure smooth operations・Works closely with all stakeholders to develop appropriate processes and resource requirements to achievethe required results・Identifies and manages all contractor and vendor relationships, acts as a liaison between the internal and external vendors for development and maintenance of the website, Improves and maintains the website・Responsible for business systems integration, user interface design, information architecture, websitecontent management systems, and creative design aspects・Analyzes and assesses the effectiveness of all E-Commerce operations and make recommendations for improvementsDigital Marketing・Work with local marketing team and outside agencies to manage and optimize digital marketing activities on a weekly/monthly basis (SEM, SEO)・Work with the local Marketing team and outside agencies to explore new marketing solutions and activities.Analysis & Reporting・Build, manage, and optimize weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and business reviews (HQ & local)・Provide ad-hoc insight on site performance, taking the initiative to suggest actions to improve business・Analyze web usage trends and improve or add functionality to the own site platformStaff management✓Coaches, develops, and supports the growth and development of subordinates
求められる経験
Educational Background and Licenses
・Bachelor's degree or higher
・Advance level in both English and Japanese (TOEIC 700~, for foreign candidate JLPT N1 will be a must.)
Experience, Skills and Knowledge required
・5 years of experience in E-commerce (Planning/Strategy and Operations), at least 2 years of experience in management (People & business).
・Background of managing business unit of ecommerce, including P&L responsibility
・Solid experience in managing complex systems environment, preferably with Salesforce systems experience
(SFCC, SFMC etc.)
・Preferably with an experience with 3rd party platforms.
・Experience with Digital Marketing and working with outside agencies (SEM, SEO)
・Excellent reporting and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with strong attention to detail
・Highly organized and driven; able to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while taking initiative to improve performance and the business
・Strong analytic and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication skills.
