Job Summary: The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of E-commerce platform while providing strategic advice and support to the current Project Manager. This role requires a strong operational background, a strategic mindset, and excellent leadership skills to drive the success of our e-commerce initiatives within the healthcare segment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage inventory, logistics, order fulfillment, and customer service operations.
- Implement and optimize processes for better efficiency and scalability.
2. Project Advisory:
- Work closely with the current Project Manager to provide strategic advice and guidance.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing e-commerce projects and initiatives.
- Ensure projects are aligned with business objectives and delivered on time.
3. Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of the e-commerce platform.
- Provide regular reports on sales, traffic, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.
4. Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely procurement and delivery of products.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, IT, and finance to support e-commerce activities.
5. Customer Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience on the e-commerce platform.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service delivery.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
6. Compliance and Security:
- Ensure all e-commerce operations comply with relevant healthcare regulations and data privacy laws.
- Implement security measures to protect customer data and transaction integrity.
7. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
8. Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
- Identify market opportunities and trends to drive e-commerce growth within the healthcare segment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing e-commerce platforms and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce technologies, digital marketing, and data analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
