Monitor, analyze, and improve the performance of own website
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the e-commerce platform, ensuring it is fully functional and updated.
Collaborate with IT and design teams to enhance the website's user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).
Manage and coordinate website content updates, product listings, and promotions.
Manage social media strategies and campaigns to boost engagement and brand visibility.
Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure the availability of in-demand products online.
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and website metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Enhance the online customer journey by improving navigation, speed, mobile compatibility, and checkout experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in e-commerce management with Retail Brand
Experience in managing Brand owned website is a must.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
