Responsibilities
Here are the responsibilities for this E-Commerce Coordinator at this leader in pharmaceutical in Montreal-Est;
Coordinates with external/internal partners for text and visual content requests related to online store products, including updates to existing products.
Validates the integrity of product data and parameters on the various online platforms for the catalog and online store.
Responsible for tracking product management reports for the catalog and online store.
Participates in the categorization of catalog products according to established rules.
Collaborates in the ongoing optimization of the catalog product tree.
Ensures the creation of promotional sections of the catalog and the categorization of related products.
Manages the online store's seasonal products, including validating inventory reservations and placing purchase orders, following up with warehouse teams and executing end-of-season strategies.
Responsible for managing promotional codes for the online boutique.
Manages online catalog reviews and ratings.
Performs all other related tasks to support the e-commerce team.
Participate in planning meetings to seize opportunities specific to digital merchandising and in post mortem meetings to share learnings.
Keep abreast of emerging market trends and identify opportunities for improvement in the pharma division's e-commerce merchandising discipline.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, mathematics or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of technical and functional experience in the e-commerce sector.
Knowledge of online merchandising.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Analytics.
Ability to build strong working relationships with internal customers, colleagues and third-party suppliers.
Demonstrates excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken.
Recognized as a facilitator and possess an analytical, rigorous and systematic mindset.
Knowledge of AS400 system an asset
Proficiency in Photoshop an asset
