Lead and grow a dynamic FMCG category for a leading global tech company.■About the companyOur client is a leading global technology company with a rapidly expanding e-commerce platform. They foster a dynamic and collaborative work environment where employees are empowered to make a significant impact.■Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for defining the long-term strategy and setting the future direction for key FMCG partners on our client's e-commerce platform. You will own the P&L for Non-Fashion & Beauty categories and utilize your industry expertise and network to drive category growth. You will be at the forefront of identifying, onboarding, and developing strategic partnerships, leveraging your excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to unlock partners' full potential on the platform, driving brand growth through creative strategies such as livestream and short video content. This role is fast-paced and requires the ability to adapt to frequent changes and to work cross-culturally in a global team environment.■Main tasks include・Lead the development and execution of long-term strategic plans for Non-Fashion & Beauty categories.・Own the P&L for assigned categories, ensuring profitability and growth.・Identify, prioritize, and onboard new strategic partners to the platform.・Develop existing partnerships, driving category performance through business model suggestions, creator affiliations, and partner education.・Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize partner potential on the platform and drive brand growth.・Develop and implement innovative strategies leveraging livestream and short video content.・Navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and influence key stakeholders to drive decisions.・Devise scalable solutions to complex problems and create new approaches for the business.・Lead internal projects contributing to the overall industry ecosystem (campaigns, product launches, B2B marketing).If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply now.We look forward to hearing from you.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

■Requirements
・Proven track record of success in leading business projects and delivering against ambitious performance goals.
・Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar e-commerce role within FMCG, with a demonstrable ability to grow partnerships and drive P&L performance.
・Expert knowledge of social commerce, content marketing, and influencer marketing.
・Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
・Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with proven experience working cross-functionally and with external clients.
・Fluency in Japanese and English is required.
