Responsibilities
Wrike Account Support:
• Provide backup Wrike administration during vacations and absences.
• Manage pre- and post-admin tasks, including preparing presentation decks and distributing follow-up resources.
• Handle Wrike intake forms for user provisioning, general inquiries, and account configuration requests.
• Maintain and update the Wrike SharePoint site, ensuring resources are easily accessible.
• Develop and implement a potential “Doing It Wrike” communication series, addressing user pain points based on admin feedback.
MAPS Team Wrike Support:
• Create and update Wrike forms to support various team use cases.
• Process form intakes related to Martech access requests, Adobe learning subscriptions, and other team requests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure proper setup for MAPS agile projects.
• Assist with logging and tracking Marketo change log tickets as necessary.
SharePoint Management:
• Update the omnichannel playbook based on team feedback and PowerPoint comments.
• Regularly update SharePoint with new resources and documentation.
• Create and publish internal news postings, ensuring team awareness of key updates.
• Follow up on incomplete Wrike project documentation.
• Generate and distribute monthly analytics reports.
Marketing Automation Wiki:
• Respond to incoming team requests by updating or creating technical documentation, configuration references, and internal guides.
• Perform monthly analytics reporting on the Marketing Automation Wiki to monitor usage and updates.
Communications:
• Draft initial content for internal newsletter postings, ensuring clear and timely communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Wrike administration or similar project management tools.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and technical documentation management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) is a plus.
