Responsibilities
- Scanning paper documents to email, renaming and saving documents to SharePoint
- Engage with external and internal clients to get required documentation and provide status updates
- Maintain accurate records, including customer information, product specifications and sales order status
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, and make corrections as needed
- Communicate with various internal departments and support them with administrative tasks
- Meet productivity and quality standards, and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Other administrative tasks as requested
Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of experience in data entry or related role
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/MRP
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proven ability to work as a team and collaborate with multiple department
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
