Responsibilities
Document Management: Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and IT teams to integrate and manage document control within the PLM platform. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for document management and implement improvements for consistency and accuracy.
Compliance: Ensure that all documents comply with the client’s standards, including intellectual property management and export control regulations.
Training & Support: Train and support team members on document control systems and processes to ensure smooth implementation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of document control requirements and provide updates on progress.
Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in managing document control systems, with hands-on experience using PLM software.
Strong understanding of compliance requirements (intellectual property, export control, etc.).
Proven problem-solving skills to identify and resolve document control challenges and improve processes.
Fluent in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to train and support team members effectively.
