Oversee accurate and efficient loading and unloading of freight
Update shipping and receiving documents
Manage door and yard operations to maintain fluidity
Ensure compliance with policies, best practices, and safety regulations
Monitor process management, productivity metrics, and quality control
Willingness to work occasional extended hours and lift up to 50-pound boxes
Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
Forklift certified
LTL (Less than Truckload) shipping experience essential
Previous experience as a Warehouse Dock Supervisor required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical and mathematical abilities
Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to manage urgent deadlines
Exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively
