Are you passionate about shaping the future of the beauty industry through financial strategy and business insights? We are looking for a skilled and driven Division Controller to join a dynamic team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in controlling the financial performance of a leading global beauty brand.As a key member of the Division Management Committee, you will directly influence the success of the business by providing expert financial guidance and strategic advice. Your insights will help drive the growth and sustainability of the division, ensuring that the company meets its financial objectives while adhering to the highest standards of accountability and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Financial Leadership: Partner with senior management to define and achieve financial objectives. Advise on the best economic choices to drive the division's growth.- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the process of creating annual plans, budgets, and financial forecasts (P&L, balance sheet, working capital). Ensure alignment with the division's strategic goals and objectives.- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the division’s key economic indicators, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommending proactive actions to optimize performance.- Internal Control & Compliance: Ensure compliance with both internal and external financial standards (GAAP/IFRS). Oversee the accuracy and reliability of financial reports for the country, zone, and group.- Cost Optimization: Apply costing methods to model and evaluate the performance of various business units (sales, marketing, OPEX), helping the business achieve financial efficiency.- Financial Reporting: Ensure financial reporting meets the group's standards and provides valuable insights to senior leadership.Must-Have Qualifications:- At least 7+ years of experience in Controlling or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)- Proven ability to optimize costs and develop actionable financial models- Expertise in budgeting for growth, and understanding the relationship between financial targets and overall business performance- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial results and identify trends, risks, and opportunities- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior business stakeholders- Familiarity with ERP systems e.g., SAP) and financial reporting tools Preferred Qualifications:- FP&A experience in the FMCG or Retail industry - Strong business acumen, and a keen ability to influence decision-making at all levels- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a hands-on, solution-oriented approachIdeal Personal Attributes:- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset- Assertive communicator with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders- Self-driven and collaborative team player, adaptable to different business needs- Exceptional at identifying key figures and anticipating financial risks- People developer with a focus on nurturing talent and building high-performing teamsWhy Join this company?You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment that fosters innovation and encourages you to take ownership of impactful financial decisions.
